El art\u00edculo es <a lang=\"en\" href=\"https:\/\/designobserver.com\/feature\/its-time-to-define-what-good-means-in-our-industry\/40021\" hreflang=\"en\">It\u2019s Time to Define What \u201cGood\u201d Means in Our Industry<\/a>. What about design for social innovation? Or how about the nebulous borders around terms like participatory design, collective impact, and co-design? It\u2019s enough to make one\u2019s head spin. But while these debates are raging on, we\u2019re missing the answer to a much, much more important question. We\u2019re missing a shared definition for what good looks like.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><cite lang=\"en\"><a lang=\"en\" href=\"https:\/\/designobserver.com\/feature\/its-time-to-define-what-good-means-in-our-industry\/40021\" hreflang=\"en\">It\u2019s Time to Define What \u201cGood\u201d Means in Our Industry<\/a> \u2014 George Aye<\/cite><\/p>\n<p>Comienza hablando de su experiencia como jurado en concursos de dise\u00f1o, de los principios del buen dise\u00f1o en el \u00e1mbito m\u00e1s convencional, el comercial (luego recordamos los famosos diez principios de <span lang=\"de\">Dieter Rams<\/span>), pero obviamente es diferente del <strong>contexto social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Recordemos, como anticip\u00e1bamos, los influyentes diez principios del buen dise\u00f1o:<\/p>\n<blockquote lang=\"en\" cite=\"https:\/\/www.vitsoe.com\/rw\/about\/good-design\">\n<ul>\n<li>Good design is innovative<\/li>\n<li>Good design makes a product useful<\/li>\n<li>Good design is aesthetic<\/li>\n<li>Good design makes a product understandable<\/li>\n<li>Good design is unobtrusive<\/li>\n<li>Good design is honest<\/li>\n<li>Good design is long-lasting<\/li>\n<li>Good design is thorough down to the last detail<\/li>\n<li>Good design is environmentally friendly<\/li>\n<li>Good design is as little design as possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><cite><a lang=\"en\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vitsoe.com\/rw\/about\/good-design\" hreflang=\"en\">Ten principles for good design<\/a> \u2014 <span lang=\"de\">Dieter Rams<\/span><\/cite><\/p>\n<p>La transcendencia y el impacto que han tenido estos principios en el mundo del dise\u00f1o, creo que es dif\u00edcil de valorar. Su solidez, facilidad de comprensi\u00f3n (quiz\u00e1s no tanto para su aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica), su redacci\u00f3n, su n\u00famero,\u2026 todo influye para que se est\u00e9 o no de acuerdo en todos los principios, al menos entren en consideraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 principios equivalentes podr\u00edan ser considerados en el \u00e1mbito social? \u00bfQu\u00e9 influencia podr\u00eda tener?
